I am not a big fan of Halloween but I will admit…I am having a ton of fun with some of the sites and apps I found. If you watch this segment, you will see me cover them all. It was a pretty entertaining one! If you just want to read about my top picks then skip below. But I would watch, you may laugh a little. 🙂
Instructables.com
The first one is perfect for all you DIY-ers out there! And this isn’t just for Halloween either. This website has ideas and instructions for everything! The site is called www.instructables.com which is pretty self-explanatory. There is a special Halloween section with ideas and step-by-step instructions for costumes, decor, recipes, and so much more.
So whether you are looking for a spooky party drink…
or you want to make a homemade bath pouf costume…
instructables.com can definitely help you out so you aren’t spending countless hours tinkering and stitching because someone has already done that…and they were nice enough to take the time to share it with you.
Spooky Sounds Apps (Spooky Soundbox & iHalloween)
I found two apps that will help top off any monster, villain, or witch costume. Download Halloween Spooky Soundbox or iHalloween  and scare your friends and neighbors with creepy sound effects while you are out trick or treating. The app even has spooky music you can play as well. The iHalloween one is great for little kids who can’t read because they press on the pictures of the ghost, witch, etc. and hear the sound.
Creepy Camera (Horror Studio App)
And last but not least and my favorite….it’s the Horror Studio App. We have been having a blast with this. Take a picture and turn yourself in a ghoulish, creepy monster. Just wait until you text and share it with your friends. I sent the photos of my kids to my husband the other day while he was at work and it scared the crap out of him! Here are some of the masterpieces we made!
